Went here with my relatives after visiting the grave of my grandma for her first death anniversary.
The beach is pretty secluded. Before reaching the resort, you need to be engulfed first by dust by passing the sandy/dusty/deserted (you can rinse yourself though-in the sea, of course) road then cross a wooden bridge (picture below).
Ambiance is relaxing. Cheap entrance fee of 10 pesos for adults and 5 pesos for children. Cottage rental fees ranging from 100-300. You could bring your own tent.PROS: Cheap, not crowded, they have provided a grill
CONS: No good facilities, broken water line (as of April of 2014)
